💸 Refund Policy

At Posteric.in, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer refunds under certain conditions as outlined in this Refund Policy. Please read carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are provided in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The order is cancelled by you before printing (see Cancellation Policy).

  • The product is lost in transit or undelivered due to courier error.

  • The product is out of stock after order placement and payment.

Note: We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, or custom posters unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.


2. Non-refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Custom prints/posters with user-uploaded images (unless damaged or misprinted)

  • Products returned without prior authorization

  • Products damaged due to mishandling by the customer

  • Late requests (beyond the return eligibility window)


3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@posteric.in within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  2. Mention your Order ID and provide a clear explanation of the issue.

  3. Attach Videographic Proof (if damaged or incorrect item).

  4. Wait for our team to verify and respond within 2-7 business days.


4. Approval & Processing

  • Once your claim is approved, we will initiate a refund or provide a free replacement, depending on your preference and item availability.

  • Refunds are issued only after returned products (if applicable) are received and inspected.


5. Refund Method

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used during purchase. You will be notified via email when your refund is initiated.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank/UPI account again.

  2. Contact your payment provider (e.g., card issuer or bank).

  3. If the issue persists after 10 business days, contact us at support@posteric.in for assistance.


7. Order Cancellation Refunds

If your order was cancelled within the allowed window (before shipping), your full payment will be refunded to your original payment method.

  • For prepaid orders, refund initiation takes place within 2 business days.

  • For custom orders, cancellations after production begins are not eligible for refund.


8. Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

In special situations, a partial refund may be granted:

  • If part of a multi-item order is damaged

  • If a design/print issue affects only a portion of the product

This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
