🚚 Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Custom orders (with uploaded images) may require additional 1–2 business days for design validation and quality checks.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India. International shipping may take more time.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier availability, natural delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping charge of ₹80, for international shipping charge of ₹999 will apply.

  • Shipping costs (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your location and cart value.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email/SMS with tracking details.

  • Live tracking updates via our courier partner’s platform.

6. Shipping Partners

We partner with reliable courier services such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post, and others depending on location and serviceability.

7. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for orders lost due to incorrect shipping details. Re-delivery charges may apply for failed deliveries.


🔁 Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement or before it is marked “Printed”.

  • To request cancellation, contact us at support@posteric.in or via the order dashboard (if available).

  • Once printed, the order cannot be cancelled.

Custom Print Orders: Orders containing uploaded/customized images cannot be cancelled once they enter production.


2. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • If cancelled before shipping, your payment will be refunded to the original method within 7–10 business days.

  • For prepaid orders via Razorpay, refund timelines may vary depending on your bank.


3. Returns & Replacement Policy

We do not offer returns unless the item is:

  • Damaged during delivery

  • Defective or misprinted

  • Significantly different from what was shown or described

To request a replacement:

  1. Email support@posteric.in within 24 Hours of delivery

  2. Include clear unpackaging video of the damaged/defective product

  3. Share your order ID and delivery details

If approved, we will:

  • Offer a free replacement, or

  • Provide a full refund (in rare cases)


4. Non-returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom printed posters with uploaded images

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Items returned without prior approval


5. Refund Method & Timeline

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method

  • Timeline: 7–10 business days after approval

  • If not received, check with your bank or payment provider first
